A Newport native, Cameron began her life sailing internationally with her family as a child. Years later, while pursuing a career in ballet, she met her future husband at a summer job aboard a Newport schooner. Reigniting her love for the ocean, she followed him back to sea.

They spent eight years working as a team, specializing in dual-season two-crew sailing yachts and catamarans with Cameron as mate/chef/stew.

Now drying out on land in Newport, Cameron is enjoying time with family, ballet, sailing, and recreating the Caribbean heat at yoga.
