Bolt grew up racing and cruising on the East Coast of the United States and continued to sail competitively at the University of Rhode Island. Following on from there, Bolt sailed professionally with various racing campaigns from One Tons up to Maxis.

Bolt then came ashore and started a “desk job” as an insurance broker with Marsh & McLennan. Bolt went on to a series of management positions in the Insurance, Financial Services and Technology fields with Accenture, Microsoft, and AXA XL.

Outside of work Bolt, can be found in the summer on the golf course or on the water – sail or power – and chasing the F1 circuit rooting for Ferrari.
